1. Copyright and Ownership All images, photographs, and digital files sold by [SCB Adventure Photos] ("Shawn Booth") are the exclusive intellectual property of the Artist. The sale of any print (digital or framed) does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser.
2. Usage License (Personal Use Only) Digital prints are licensed for personal use only. You may print these images for your own home, office, use them as personal digital wallpapers, or use them as gifts. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or use these images for any commercial purpose, including marketing, advertising, or creating other products for sale, without express written permission from the Artist.
3. Digital Content Disclaimer Digital downloads are provided "as is." The Artist is not responsible for any technical issues, data loss, or printer failures occurring after the file is delivered. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
4. Product Representation and Quality The artist makes every effort to accurately display the colors and quality of the prints. However, please note that colors may vary due to differences in monitor settings and printer calibration. Framed pictures are produced based on the image displayed but brightness will be adjusted when printed for best results. Minor discrepancies in frame texture or color are possible. Print size is determined on how many megapixels a picture has, 300 ppi for up close viewing. Cropped pictures lose quality resulting in a much smaller printed picture size. The picture can be upscaled for a larger print, pictures on the website are not upscaled. Due to an aspect ratio of the photo and different paper sizes the image will either be cropped in with some image getting cut off when printed or resized for the paper by compressing or stretching out the digital file. Noticeable distortion may be visible.

All products, including framed pictures and decorative items, are sold "as-is" and "with all faults. "[SCB Adventure Photos] makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose of any item sold. While I strive to describe items accurately, I do not guarantee that the descriptions are complete, reliable, or error-free. Defects, including but not limited to, scratches, fading, frame damage, or imprints from the backing board, may exist. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed all photos/descriptions and accept the item in its current condition. In no event shall [SCB Adventure Photos] be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profit or property damage) arising from the use of products purchased on this site, exceeding the total amount paid for the product.
6. Third-party payment processing SCB Adventure Photos provides payment processing services and acts as an independent merchant under agreement with Clover Network. Inc. ("clover") SCB Adventure Photos is PCI DSS Merchant compliant.
SCB Adventure Photos is not a partner, agent, or joint venture partner of Clover. I am not authorized to make any representations on behalf of Clover.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Any content, transactions, or service obtained through the app/website is done at your own risk.
